This is Ms. Hutcheson’s second year teaching at St. Raphael and her second year as a licensed educator. She is so excited to be part of this faith community and for the opportunity to work with the kindergarten students. Catholic education is very close to her heart, so she feels blessed to be a teacher in a Catholic school and to be able to share her love of the Catholic faith with her students.
Ms. Hutcheson completed her B.A. in Elementary Education and minor in Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas in May 2017 and fulfilled her clinical practice at Annunciation Catholic School in fourth grade. She loved working with fourth graders but definitely looks forward to teaching students to read and all of the growth that happens in kindergarten.
She is originally from Waterloo, Iowa and has lived in St. Paul for the past four years while I attended St. Thomas. She fell in love with the Twin Cities and is happy to be teaching in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. She is a parishioner at St. Raphael and am looking forward to getting to know the students and families here!
