Why Choose St. Raphael Catholic School?
We are a Catholic school dedicated to ensuring that the love of Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Catholic Church are at the center of all we do. Annually, our teachers all take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. We begin each day with the Morning Offering, pray the Angelus together at noon, and attend Mass weekly which is followed by Confession for all whom wish to receive the Sacrament. The Catholic traditions of Advent, Christmas, Lent, Feast Days, Marian celebrations, and Holy Days of Obligation are joyfully woven into our school year and daily educational experiences.
Our PreK-Grade 8 Classical Curriculum develops the whole child - spiritually, academically, physically and socially. Our Catholic faith is the foundation and lens through which we deliver the content. Students are engaged through formal instruction, multi-disciplinary units of study, presentations, technology, small and large group projects, and individual research opportunities. Our core subjects include Religion, Math, Language Arts, Social Studies/History and Science. Students in grades K-8 also enjoy Music, Art, Spanish, Latin, Study Skills, and P.E. taught by highly-skilled professional teachers.
