The School Advisory Committee (SAC) is established as an advisory council and is consultative to the Pastor and the Principal in the governance of St. Raphael Catholic School. The Committee’s primary purpose is the fostering of faith development and the advancement of the school community, in accordance with the Bylaws and the school’s mission statement: “St. Raphael Catholic School nurtures the development of each child through faithful Catholic Education that stresses the love of Jesus Christ.”
The current SAC members are Mike Durand, Laura Kaiser, Don Kellet, John Jacobson, and Mike Tupy (Chair). We meet monthly throughout the year as a group and participate in other meetings or activities during the month to drive various initiatives. Visitors to the SAC meetings are welcomed and must request a place on the meeting agenda by contacting the Principal preferably 48 hours in advance. Parents and St. Raphael School Community members are encouraged to contact SAC representatives to communicate concerns, suggestions, and successes for our school.
Meeting notes for previous SAC meetings are available in the links below.
