Our Gala is only one week away and it promises to be a fun event that everyone will enjoy! The leadership committee has worked hard to make sure everything is just right and is
putting the final touches on but we’re still in need of volunteers! Please see the information below to sign up to help, buy tickets or make a donation.
Purchasing Tickets: This is the final weekend that Gala tickets can be purchased at a $10 discount; beginning Monday, tickets will go up to $40 each. Tickets can be purchased after all Masses this weekend, at the Church or School Office or online at: www.srsmn.org.
Visit the Gala site https://straphaelcrystal.ejoinme.org/gala17 to view the list of fantastic silent and live auction items, such as:
● Science Day with Mr. Wolfgram
● Mr. J Day
● Sky Zone, Guthrie Tickets, FC United Tickets
● Pugh Cabin Weekend
● Birthday Party with Mrs. Kearney and Mrs. Coone
● And so much more!
Volunteers are greatly needed! EVERY PARENT IS NEEDED TO VOLUNTEER! To sign up to volunteer go to our school website, www.srsmn.org or follow this link https://signup.com/group/3764122560110 . You will see the many ways we need assistance – please join us in the fun of creating a great evening for our school community!
Wine and Beer Donations needed! We are still collecting donations of beer and wine for our Wine Wall and Beer and Wine Pull Games. You can bring beer and wine to the School or Church office or drop them off in the car line. Fund-a-Need: Our Gala annually highlights a Fund-a-Need for the school with past needs being the new school/church electronic sign, the softball scoreboard, classroom furniture/equipment and library upgrades. This year, we are supporting the Mr. J Scholarship Fund which has a critical need for additional funds to support the 2017-2018 school year .
Basket Donations are needed by tomorrow, April 21st. We are in need of donated items, or a monetary donation, to help build the baskets (if a monetary donation works, please send a check made out to St. Raphael School).
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at the Gala!
In Christ, Ann Coone
