It was fun to see and dance with so many of the students at the Sock Hop Friday night. The Valentine’s party will be on Friday afternoon. We’ll be making ice cream – students have asked if they can bring toppings, that’s fine. Students may bring cards all week. I ask that your child brings one for everyone. They should put their names inside, but no names on the outside. Valentine bags are taped to the chalk rail, and they will just drop one in in everyone’ s bag except their own. Wednesday is a Spanish test on chapter 6 – if parents review with their child, sign for 5 extra points. Green and White day on Thursday because of the PHT meeting, hope many can attend it. Mardi Gras is Thursday, looking forward to seeing many of you coming to enjoy the morning with your children, third grade time is 10:00 a.m. I could use a few more parents to help in the booths if anyone is available that morning, it would be much appreciated. They can start bringing in their money on Tuesday – tickets are 4/$1.00. Thank you for the breakfast treat this morning and massage for Staff Appreciation Week.
